Refund Policy

NON-PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

  If you wish to return a non-personalized item, you must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order as shown on your tracking information.
Contact customer service at Krankydaddy@gmail.com. After 5 days of the date of receiving your order we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

We do NOT accept returns, issue refunds, or exchange personalized items.

**ALWAYS check your spelling and color selections when ordering. Checking your confirmation email is another great way to make sure everything was entered correctly. If the order was placed and processed with the incorrect information, it will not be replaced/refunded.

If the error was made by our facility we will replace your item with no charge.

If your package has been damaged in shipping, please email customer service at krankydaddy@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the piece, photos of the packaging, and a photo of the packing slip.

REFUNDS (if applicable)-
Once your return is received, inspected, and a refund is approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Typically between 3-5 businesses depending on your account holder’s processing. You will receive an email showing the refund details.

REPLACEMENTS (if applicable)-
   We only replace items if they are misspelled by our facility or if an item is defective, or damaged.
Please email customer service at Krankydaddy@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the piece, and a photo of the packing slip.
If damaged, include a photo of the packaging as well.

**You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
